Policy of Return

Glorious Jewelers is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. In any case, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order considering the following situations.

30 – Days Return Policy

Take a video of delivery of product doing unboxing at time of delivery to ensure the damage or tempered product packaging. Share the same with us on mail – [email protected]

The refund process will be initiated only post inspection and after we get a go ahead from our Quality Assurance team.

Procedure for Returning Products

Customers will have to return the product unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging along with the invoice, tags, box and bag to get the refund, failing to which refund may not be possible.

Once your return request is accepted we will notify you via mail. Post receiving the confirmation mail customer need to courier place to get it returned back to us on request address as instructed in mail.

The refund shall be done once the product is received back after deducting the courier charges both to and fro.
